As a 45+ year design professional and having lead a commercial practice for 4 decades, working with mostly commercial contractors and construction teams, and a few residential teams, I can say first hand and without hesitation that this experience was seamless, efficient and one of the most professional plumbers I have ever worked with, and know I have worked with some of the best. Elvis is a terrific craftsman who can do more than just ordinary plumbing, in that he also analyzes the particular situation and has the ability to devise creative solutions and applications for whatever plumbing problem you are experiencing. We met him last August, when we requested a quote for a broken sewer pipe under our driveway. His was the lowest bid, in that the price also included replacing the concrete removed for the repair. After that terrific experience, he has returned numerous times to update the plumbing in the old house we had just purchased. In a profession where deception and price gouging are rampant, we were fortunate to have met a man who not only highly skilled in his trade, but is a really nice human being who would never think of cheating or taking advantage of anyone. Well organized company, their plumbers are well trained , and very professional, did a great job with my kitchen sink drain.. the guy in their office were able to squeeze my sink problem in the half day window, charge me a reasonable amount..
